In our one-to-one sessions, I begin by understanding you as an individual—your current fitness level, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you may be facing. From this foundation, we develop a customized training plan that’s uniquely yours, ensuring that every exercise, movement, and technique aligns with your objectives, helping you make meaningful progress along the way.
Life is unpredictable, and as your needs evolve, so too will your training. My coaching is flexible and adaptable, allowing us to adjust your program to remain effective and relevant to your current circumstances, whether you're tackling new challenges or setting new goals.
My approach goes beyond conventional fitness training, incorporating principles of functional strength, movement science, and the Feldenkrais Method. This holistic approach not only helps you build physical strength but also fosters a deeper awareness of how your body moves, supporting overall well-being, reducing the risk of injury, and enhancing your ability to navigate everyday life with ease and confidence.

2x Person Package
4x75-minute sessions two-to-one (Within a 4 month period).
Price: £300
Includes: Initial consultation call, free of charge. Weekly exercise programme, personalised and specific to your goals and needs. Continuous support and guidance.
Single Session
1x75-minute session one-to-one.
Price: £60
Concessions
Limited concession spaces are available. Please contact me directly for more information. I mostly intend to keep these for clients unable to work full time due to having young children or people experiencing extenuating circumstances.
